𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐕𝐨𝐰𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞, 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐥

Today, the Holy Cross community in Barishal joyfully celebrated a significant milestone as three young men professed their first vows at the Holy Cross Novitiate. 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐁𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐚, 𝐂𝐒𝐂, 𝐉𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐇𝐮𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭 𝐑𝐨𝐳𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨, 𝐂𝐒𝐂, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐑𝐨𝐳𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨, 𝐂𝐒𝐂, marked the beginning of their consecrated lives in the Congregation of Holy Cross.

In addition to these brothers, eight seminarians from the Sacred Heart of Jesus Province also made their first vows, signifying their commitment to a life of faith, service, and devotion.

 

The celebration was graced by Most Reverend Bishop Emmanuel Kanon Gomes, the Bishop of the Barishal Catholic Diocese, who presided over the solemn Mass. The event was attended by a significant gathering of Holy Cross Fathers, Brothers, and Sisters, along with family members and well-wishers who came to witness this profound occasion.

This momentous day highlights the vibrant spirit of dedication within the Holy Cross Congregation. It also serves as a reminder of the collective responsibility to support and pray for these young men as they embark on their religious journey.

 

Let us continue to pray for Brother Borshon, Brother Jason, Brother Shanto, and their fellow seminarians. May their lives be abundantly blessed with faith, grace, and courage as they respond to God's call and live out their vocation.
